Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Dungeonbound Heroes (the "Service") is provided by Mikael Danielsson (Sole proprietorship), a private individual, Litsvägen 25, 831 42 Östersund, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with Mikael Danielsson (Sole proprietorship).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dungeonbound Heroes is an online 3D dungeon game playable in the browser and via a Windows app. You can buy "Diamonds", a virtual in-game currency used only for cosmetic items such as skins and mounts. Diamonds have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Accounts and age

You must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make purchases. Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including the software, artwork, music, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or rebalance game content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the rules.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights in your country of residence.
